Joined an exhibition “Japanese Junction” to show the projects designed by architects who had studied abroad. The exhibition space was a part of an old wooden house under renovation to a small cultural complex, at that time.
I displayed a project of a market in CASABLANCA. At the exhibition, I dismantled the project book made as the final product of the project, and tried to re-construct all the process and the final proposal in the exhibition space. Each of the pages, over 100 pages, was laid out on the wall by pin, making use of the division of the wall divided by exposed timber. The characteristics that are hard to be shown in a book format - “three-dimension” and “networking”- were shown spatially by “composition drawing” and “free red thread”. “Composition drawing” shows light and shadow or topography of the project site. “Free red thread” connects related pages dynamically.
